For fifty years, Mohan has been a student of two seemingly different worlds. One is the world of rigorous molecular science; the other is the world of direct mental inquiry. After a career spanning four decades in Life Sciences R&D leadership, he understands the unique friction of the "successful" life— where external stability is achieved, but internal restlessness remains the background noise of daily existence.

With a PhD in Biochemistry, Mohan spent his professional life in the pursuit of evidence-based truth. He treats the mind not as a mystical mystery to be worshiped, but as a laboratory to be understood. His approach to "Mental Freedom" is grounded in the mechanics of neuroscience and the reality of how our brains are wired for survival rather than peace.
Born in Sri Lanka, Mohan began asking existential questions at the age of nine. This childhood curiosity evolved into a 50-year deep dive into Buddhist psychology and timeless wisdom. He has stripped away the cultural rituals and religious dogma to find the "active ingredients"—the practical insights that actually reduce suffering for the modern, secular individual.
Today, Mohan acts as a translator between these worlds. He bridges the gap between the "sterile" nature of pure science and the "impractical" nature of modern spirituality. He does not offer philosophy; he offers a method for direct observation that anyone can verify for themselves.
